Code Delegate provides IT outsourcing for startups. Our service is a flexible and affordable alternative to an in-house IT team, combining the cost-benefits of IT offshoring with Western working practices. We provide a remotely-located, elastic IT team service. Teams are configured according to each customer's aims and budget. Each team is managed for free by one of our British IT managers, who act as the team interface. They are responsible for leading the team, managing project deliveries, keeping customers in the loop, and being the ones to contact for any query. Code Delegate is a British company, using British IT managers and overseas contractors. This allows us to charge significantly less than other UK-based software companies. We are a friendly company, and enjoy working with typically longer-term customers, to build or maintain bespoke software applications using a variety of technologies and platforms. Web applications, mobile apps and desktop programs - we can do all that stuff. We manage all projects using the industry-standard, agile Scrum framework, delivering software in weekly, or fortnightly increments typically. We provide all project collaborators (including you) with real-time visualisation of your project status using Toyota's Kanban workflow scheduling system. We apply Carnegie Mellon's CMMI process improvement method to all aspects of our work, to constantly improve quality and reduce risk.
