Today Atlas is being used successfully by over 30 firms and more than 250 individual recruiters. Since launch in late 2018, we have continually developed and improved the software, and grown from 44, 000 lawyers to over 77, 000. The platform is built specifically for legal recruiters, by legal recruiters to enable instant and accurate market mapping with full profiles of all relevant lawyers and contact details. The software is easy to use and intuitive but allows for highly complex parameters if needed. All key criteria present in most fee earner mandates are coded. Therefore you may search by Job title, Practice Area, Specialism, sub-specialism, PQE level, Firm or Firm type, location, languages spoken, qualification jurisdiction etc. ATLAS also allows you to see every firm's individual bench strength across all Practice Areas and Specialisms. Finally, because we track every move as they happen, and do use ‘Human Eye' research to ensure correct coding, our data is by far the most accurate and up to date you will find anywhere.
