Coe Mediation

Coe Mediation is a service that I provide which facilitates a process of Mediation instead of Litigation in Civil and Commercial Disputes. I also provide services to HR Departments in organisations where Employer and Employee are in conflict which may escalate to Arbitration. In all cases professional and independent mediation offers an alternative to the expensive, stressful and uncertain outcome which face both parties in litigation or arbitration. My facilitation of appreciative dialogue in mediation allows both parties to positively and constructively co-create solutions to the dispute that both parties can live with, even be happy with. In a day we can achieve what months of litigation cannot achieve.
