Our Consultants have over 40 years of experience in the retail and out-of-home food industries. This experience means that we are able work successfully with businesses at all stages of development from pre-startup and start-up to multinational corporations looking to step up to the next phase of their journey. Our lead consultant is a former FMCG sales leader, chef and product developer who regularly consults for large and small companies which can sometimes involve running Food Innovation Days (or ‘Food Safaris') for retailers and suppliers.
