What a lovely sanctuary amongst the overcrowding of national chains. Smoothies to die for, toasties and panini's filled to the brim and oh so much choice. Our new regular.

I go in to work on my laptop sometimes. Love the Green Tea with Peach, and the Spinach, Feta and Pea Pastie is amazing! I really like the clean, friendly and chilled feel to this local little cafe. I'm new to Eastbourne and this is the best coffee shop I've found here. Better than a brand or chain anytime.

Coffee & Carrot is my favourite place in Eastbourne! I come here as much as I can to try every fresh juice or smoothie on the menu. The coffee is the best coffee in Eastbourne. Above all, they are environmentally friendly :))) paper straws, paper packaging and making people aware that plastic sucks!
