I hired a bicycle while on holiday nearby. Barry was extremely helpful during the whole process. He ensured I had the right bike when I booked over the phone. He prepared the bike to fit me, explained and demonstrated how to remove the front wheel to ensure the bike would fit in my car. He offered to help with loading and unloading the bike and provided a cardboard to protect my car boot. He was also very helpful in providing information about cycling routes nearby. My bicycles rear gears essentially feel apart during my commute to work. After getting a lift to work I found Barry at Cog and Sprocket via Google. Within two minutes of my phone call that morning he had made arrangements for me to drop the bike in. After having the bike for 48 hrs it was ready of collection and fully repaired.
