We visit Colbert regularly- we love the authentic French feel - the attentive service - the simple but delicious menu - that is always served beautifully cooked and promptly- sometimes we simply enjoy a glass of wine and a nibble at the bar - we can bring our dog too! It’s elegant buzzy and lots of fun - Namaste 🙏
Visited the Colbert last night for the first time as I had a voucher as a birthday gift from July so thought it was time I used it! Arrived on time at 8.30 and was seated very quickly by the welcome host who was very welcoming and friendly. The service and food was incredible, very fairly priced and atmosphere was great too. Will defiantly be returning. Thank you.
Such a find ! Highly recommend The Colbert it was buzzing we were well greeted and the staff friendly and efficient. Such a great atmosphere, delicious food we will definitely go again and tell friends to go.
Lovely place, lovely food, lovely people.
Lovely place
Excellent food
Great staff!
Well worth a visit.
Lovely food, attentive staff and good selection. Not the cheapest but then it is on Sloane Square. The decor creates a real French atmosphere. There's also pavement tables overlooking the square (if you ignore the traffic!) Well worth stopping by.
Loved it! I really like this type of restaurants and their group has a bunch of these grand cafe style places. Colbert was one of the last ones we wanted to try. Really impressed. Great food, lovely decor. It’s hard to get a table here so book well in advance or be prepared to wait.
I felt like I was back in Paris! Exemplary service and food.
Great staff and a great experience
Great atmosphere, buzzy, Food absolutely French Bistro style, best bar in Chelsea, (you always meet someone you know...from years back!)
if not London, staff delightful very helpful, my favourite for informal dining, love it
Fabulous light lunch with a friend. I had a glass of Viognier with my salmon, cream cheese and caviar on pumpernickel toast. Light, but very nice. Would do it again
Excellent service tonight for our birthday celebrations. Above and beyond expectations. Thank you.
Definitely old paris feel, vintage decor, marble, black and white photos, art and dapper staff
Been here a couple of times now, most recently last night. Love this venue, very warm and welcoming attitude, French hospitality at its best. Food and drink is exceptional and very fair pricing considering the location. A great venue if you're looking for a late night supper, little touch of Paris in London!
Very nice place. A nice spot in afternoon sun. Pretty weird guests sittning next to me though... staff isn’t really acting to make me feel comfortable. But I get good service and nice champagne and olives.
One of my favorite places in London. It's a hot spot and a beautiful location so always very busy and you have to wait a while to get a table. Unfortunately the waiters and waitresses are extremely unfriendly...
I had breakfast here. I love the decor, and the staff are very attentive. You get a choice of newspapers. I had eggs royale and an almond croissant, which I've never had before and was delicious (why didn't anyone tell me about almond croissants?).
We’ve been here many times over the years and always been extremely happy. Tonight we took friends and we’re so bitterly disappointed and embarrassed we would never return. The escargot was rubbery and bitter and we sent back two portions. The duck was much too too salty and the fries were cold and undercooked. Service was very poor. What a shame - used to be a favourite haunt - wouldn’t chance it again. So many other great places in London who are actually pleased to have ones custom.....
