We explained what we wanted and the car we had, and was told what options we had available to us. Their not pushy just very helpful and told us exactly what we needed to go with the kit we chose. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Although I can't remember the names of the specialist that helped me I do know that they were very helpful.
I don't know much about car audio systems all I know is that what I had in my car as standard (BMW X1) was shit.
I asked them for advice on how to make it better and they were very forthcoming with information and knowledge. While I didn't want subwoofers originally the parts and everything else I was thinking of could've set me back maybe £500 - £800 (radio, speakers & Labour) And rather than make that sell I was reigned back in with a small 8" subs which didn't take up nearly as much room and sounds great. It was just what I needed and cost considerably less (£345).
Now I can feel and hear the base to my DNB/EDM music and yet as they sound so good I don't actually have to have the music so loud any way.

So helpful in making the decision for what unit to get ended up choosing top end pioneer yet to be fitted but customer service is amazin will review again when fitted

Nothing complicated, just a CD deck replacement, but these chaps seem very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Recommended.
