They are called #Lingual Braces - These smart braces can move teeth just as precisely as conventional fixed braces but, as they are attached discreetly to the inside (lingual) surface of the teeth, they are hardly visible at all.

#Eating and #drinking weakens the enamel on your teeth which means that brushing straight afterwards can cause tiny particles of enamel to be brushed away.
It's best not to brush your teeth until at least one hour after eating! #TipTuesday
