ColdProof is a retrofit specialist that is able to guide people who want to integrate high-performance energy efficiency measures into whole house refurbishment & renovation. The approach used is holistic and robust, including everything from accurate energy analysis, modelling and costing up materials needed, to advising on building contractors and even providing project management when needed.

Passive House methodology and thermal bridge modelling are used for the analysis – tools which are well known for their accuracy – which enables homeowners to reach specific space heating demand or carbon emissions reduction targets such as the AECB Silver Standard or EnerPHit.
