Coldsmoking Cookery school is an artisan cookery school based in the delightful setting of Linford Manor Park in Great Linford. Just north of Milton Keynes

Coldsmoking Cookery School host one day food smoking, meat curing & charcuterie courses throughout the year.

We have a range of half day classes ranging from Sausage making, Cheesemaking, Jams pickles and preserves and fermented foods.

We host workshops for kids who can learn the basics of sausage making in a two hour session.
