Colette is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, and is a member of the Osteopathic Sports Care Association and the Institute of Osteopathy.

Colette tailors treatment sessions to individuals and use a wide variety of hands-on techniques alongside stretches and exercise to promote overall well-being. She also holds additional qualifications in taping /strapping, kinesio-taping and medical acupuncture, all of which complement her treatment approach.

Colette's experience includes treating structural and mechanical problems in the young, older people, manual workers, office professionals, pregnant women, children and sports people.

Osteopathy can help with a wide variety of conditions, including back pain, changes to posture in pregnancy, postural problems caused by driving or work strain, the pain of arthritis and sports injuries to name a few.

Colette has a specialist interest in treatment of sport-related injury; including rugby & gymnastics, as well as posture-related pain. Her general osteopathic approach is to promote overall health, improve quality of life as well as prevention of reoccurring pain /injury.

Colette's interest in Osteopathy came from her first experience at just 7 years of age, when she was treated by an Osteopath for a gymnastics-related injury. The results from osteopathic treatment allowed Colette to continue to train and compete for a number of years, and it was this that inspired her to become an Osteopath.

Colette understands the distress of being injured and recovering from injury, and knows how important it is to have someone to provide support and guide you through your recovery. She appreciates that a well-functioning body is key to enhanced performance and through her treatment approach aims to restore the body to its optimum. Colette currently works with Barnes RFC and Surrey County Rugby.
