It is summer time, and here is one of our favourite summer drinks.... Hibiscus tea!
You can have it ice cold, cold or hot or luke warm 🤫
It has anti-oxidant properties, so spending time in the sun age-ing the skin from oxidation, why not have a hibiscus cooling drink? It also has anti-inflammatory properties to boot.

What a year! So GRATEful to everyone who made this year such a great success 🙏
We ended on a 'high' and delved into the work of the French physician Dr. Emile A. Maury who developed the concept of what he called "DETOXICATION".
In his book "Drainage in Homoeopathy" he developed Hahnemann’s directive to FIRST REMOVE THE CAUSE.
... Learning how to detox, support, drain and nourish each organ as we trigger the vital force to do the healing has incredible benefits....integrating this with the detoxification system including the Cytochrome P450 and homeopathic remedies and the importance of amino acids, B vitamins, sulphur, glutathione...is alot to marinate in over the summer...we will all come back SUPER HEALTHY !
