Would like to specifically say a big thanks to Pam for always sorting everything out I need straight away with no issues! Also she has recently moved me to a new property and really gone above and beyond to do this.. Can't thank her enough; really does have the customer at the heart of everything she does. Thanks Pam!!
We've been with Colonia for the past 11 years. Most of that time was letting our property in Lincoln through them and most recently selling the same house. Letting was all done with the minimum of fuss and we were entirely happy with the way the property was managed over the decade. Being abroad for much of the time we were confident that our interests back home were being well served by them. Selling too was straight forward and Colonia's local property knowledge meant that we were able to pitch the house at just the right price and consequently had a buyer within a couple of weeks. In spite of the lawyers' best efforts to thwart proceedings, Helen's tenacity to dig out information and use local contacts helped the process along to completion. We would happily use Colonia again for either Letting or Buying/Selling.
We would highly recommend Colonia if you are looking for an Estate Agent to sell your house. Selling your house can be an extremely stressful experience. We found both Darren, Helen and the rest of the office staff very helpful when we had any queries and concerns - and we had plenty! When our house had sold and our offer had been accepted Helen particularly was very professional, dealing with our queries promptly, efficiently and competently. She took a lot of the stress off us, responding to and dealing with any requests we had. We’re not planning to move again in the near future but would not hesitate using Colonia again! A big thank you to the whole Colonia team!

Special mention to Helen who dealt with everything after we accepted our offer. She was invaluable and persistent in getting things moving quickly and kept us updated at every step! We recently bought our home from Colonia and they were nothing short of excellent in dealing with us from start to finish. From showing us the property to being easy to contact and talk to throughout the whole process. Other estate agents should take a leaf out of Colonia's book when it comes to knowing how to provide excellent service! Our solicitor also noted how professional and well run they were too. 5 out of 5!
Recently bought our house through these guys and they have been brilliant! In particular Helen Carr has really gone above and beyond to help us from start to finish (and a few bits after as well!) thank you!
Lovely little business, extremely friendly and bubbly staff (shout out to Helen) had a few problems during the sale but staff dealt with all problems quickly and professionally also kept communications throughout.
Will definitely be using them again in the future!
Helen was absolutely worth her weight in gold. Despite not actually being our estate agent, she spent lots of time running around and sorting things for us so the whole chain ran (reasonably!) smoothly. We managed to have a giggle too which made it so much more bareable.
Would not hesitate to recommend her and Colonia to anyone wanting an estate agent.
