Commercial works include new build and extension to existing premises using steel frame and modular construction, civils, carpark and and infrastructure works, construction of retail and catering premises and full fitout and shopfitting packages. We carry out end of lease dilapidation works Residential work includes all types multi house construction, single dwelling construction, modern methods of construction and restoration and conversion of listed and historic properties, with experience in all sectors in contract values up to £3m. In the thirty one years we have been trading, we have developed into one of Northampton's better known building brands, have worked throughout England and have carried out large retail projects in Scotland.
