we've just returned from a lovely 4 night break Monday to Friday . staff were lovely especially the staff and Scott in the mash and barrell restaurant what a lovely bloke always smiling and made you laugh thats what you want when your away .. food was ok but had a temp menu on so not alot of choice but Scott helped with this .. park was as clean as always . a lovely place to stay x

We have just returned from an amazing weekend away - and had one of the best times ever (and we can be quite fussy!)

Well done - everyone - we WILL BE back!

We go away quite a bit through the year and My daughter (6yrs) has just rated you the best to date.........

A few highlights:

� caravan (basic 3 bed) was lovely, modern and clean

� daytime and evening entertainment brilliant and a great variety

� staff so friendly and helpful, everywhere - nothing ever too much trouble, activity staff were really great with the kids and my daughter who usually doesn’t get involved did loads of extras this year and made new friends �

� site clean and well presented

� food selection brilliant and can take your take away in to watch the shows of you don’t want to move! Carvery Very Yummy!

� prize shop in area actually open all day!

� plenty of bar staff - no queues!

We have just returned from a weekend break with friends. We had a lovely brand new caravan a new style one which is much more compact than the old style but much more modern. Was well kept and clean inside no issues at all.

We requested accommodation close to the entertainment as my son has bad knees and cannot walk long distances We were placed 89 sunny view opposite right next to the swimming pool so perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the security team and I would like to give a special shout out to Phoebe and Ben who work in the live lounge bar for providing excellent customer service to me and my family during our break recognising us each night and for having such wonderful bubbly personalities. They are a real credit to your team.

We love Haven it’s a great price for what you get the kids have so much fun and we will definitely be back �

We have just got home from a lovely weekend break here . Our caravan was great and just right for the 4 of us . It was spotless . Well kept park . Indoor pool is perfect to keep the little ones busy . Amusements are great a lot of 2p machines to choose from with lots of little prizes . Restaurant was very good . Food was lovely . Staff were fantastic all over the park from the reception staff , swimming pool staff and the staff in the little market shop .



Now the real gems of this site are the fun stars . My children absolutely loved all of the clubs they ran . The make a mess club was great and they loved making their caterpillars . The fun stars go live entertained them every evening .

We have just come back from a week in combe haven and my girls loved it this is my 3rd time coming since last year the activities during the day were brilliant for my girls and my daughter loved big star little star and she won her favourite fun star was Beth and Emma we will deffo be coming back next year , our caravan was amazing couldn’t fault anything see you next June thank you for making my girls holiday a good one x

We have just arrived home from a lovely break at combe haven. All the staff were amazing, especially Paige in reception & Ben in the swimming pool.

Fantastic caravan, which was warm and comfy.

Park is well kept, very clean and tidy.

All the activities the kids thoroughly enjoyed thanks to the leisure team.

Couldn't ask for more.

We also had a lovely meal in the mash and barrel, food was good and service was fantastic x

Returned home late Monday from Coombe Haven after spending the whole Easter break with you. We have been to many caravan parks usually 2-3 different ones a year every year for about 20. And I must say that without doubt the staff here we’re the best we’ve experienced.. from bar / restaurant, to the pool staff, people on security right to the cleaners. Every one was so friendly and polite and ready to do any thing to help or even wishing everyone a lovely day.. absolutely fantastic lovely people to be around offering a brilliant service to everyone. Thavk you so much. Our children loved it. Highly highly recommend.

Recently returned from a 4 night holiday and we absolutely loved it! We went with our 3 year old boy and he enjoyed every minute of it. We managed to upgrade our van a day before for a great deal, so I would highly recommend doing that. All staff that worked there were fab all the way down to the security guards on site. Will definitely be returning next year for another holiday. Thank you Haven 5* �

Recently had a weekend away in june..booked with Haven and ended up with a lovely private hire Caravan on Saxon court. Was extremely clean..had a few ants as expected i this heat but soon disappeared with a bit of ant powder. Saxon centre was great..kids loved the soft play area. Evening entertainment was ok but have seen better at other parks. Staff were all very friendly..looking forward to returning in October

My husband, three year old son and myself booked in today and cannot fault the amazing woman who booked us in at Reception. Paige was polite, courteous, warm and very efficient in getting us into our caravan as quickly as possible as my husband suffers chronic pain due to a disability, in fact we have just recieved a call from Paige herself to check he is doing ok!!! The caravan itself is compact as we expected but very clean and well equipped. It is our first time at Haven and so far we are extremely impressed!!!

Me and my other half absolutely love our Haven holidays, we have been holidaying here for 4 years along with my sister and her family. There is so much for both our 3 year old and 9 month old to do, it's a lovely atmosphere, evening entertainment never disappoints and the deluxe caravan is perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend, see you next year ��

Just returned from a Friday-Monday break and this is by far the best park we have ever been to. We have been to many parks over the last few years and this one is our favourite by far. The customer service has been amazing from receiving early texts with advice and reminders before we travelled and then as we arrived.



Check in was quick and simple, we had a free upgrade to a deluxe van with a pet and we were unsure what to expect the last park we visited ( not Haven but rhymes with dark green) the van was terrible.. it smelt pretty bad and the cleaning was terrible. But this one was fantastic. Clean and fresh with no pet smell at all. It was light and airy with lots of room, the two bathrooms were a godsend with two kids. At this point kids are happy, wife is happy dog is happy �



The park itself is set out perfectly, we were at the bottom of the park and thought the hill up to the main complex would be a bit of a nightmare but after finding a way through sea view village and the multiple parks dotted around it made the journey up easier as kids would stop at every park to play giving us time to chill.



We found the main entertainment area to be great, kids on the 2p machines and lots of arcade machines and grabbers to get on with. The entertainment in the stage area was good and lots of different acts on, something for everyone. The refurbishment of the club was great. We did not eat in the mash and barrel but food looked fine.



Swimming pools were good, a little cramped at times but with the hot weather it was expected, the outdoor pool was freezing but didn’t stop the kids. One point I need to add is how well trained the lifeguards are. Whilst we were there a little boy had started to sink without the parents watching, the lifeguard didn’t hesitate he was straight in and pulled the kid to safety.. shows they are watching and in a crowded pool too!



There are lots of activities to do in the airspace unit which we loved.. it kept the kids busy. Target practice, roller disco, climbing wall, Segway, firefighting and marshmallow toasting. There were many others to choose from too.



Overall we had a fantastic break and found the staff and services to be fantastic. This is by far our favourite park. We will definitely be visiting again.

Brilliant place to stay! Just stayed for 4 nights and arrived back yesterday very happy with our stay. The caravan was immaculate very well maintained, nice and clean inside, all the grounds were well maintained around the site and the whole family had a great time, nice walks along the river with the dog and both kids being 2 and 6 had plenty to keep entertained and great location being right near the seafront. Very happy and would definitely return!

Back from a fantastic long weekend with the family, only two points to make, pathways around the park, to and from caravans should be reviewed as bit muddy when it rains and serving at all bars should be reviewed as can be very slow at times Otherwise a great all round place for entertainment for all the family.

I have always been full of praise for Coombe Haven and have had at least 6 stays in the last 2 years. I was really looking forward to a lovely caravan ( I upgraded) and a few hours spent putting 2p in the machines and winning stuff. I save 2p to take down !

The caravan was great your employee Bex helped me get one suitable fit my disability �

The amusement arcade was terrible all the machines have changed and they just don’t have many prizes and the payouts were really poor.

The ticket machines paid out reasonably but the tickets bought very little even sweets were 15 tickets

Your arcade staff Neno and Faith helped me with a chair and assistance but usually I am posting a picture of all the items we won.... but despite investing in excess of £20 I have not one item that came out of your tipping point machines !! Sad and disappointed �now I’m not sure I am looking forward to our 2 more holidays with you this year that are booked and paid for �

5th time coming here. I had an accident so on crutches this time, and realised how bad the pathways around the site are. Also some places are very dark so you don't see steps and holes. Entertainment for kids is a bit tired and some staff seem to see it as an excuse for having a laugh and joke for themselves. Not much for older children, could do with a magician or something similar so all ages can enjoy, we pay enough for our breaks. Changing rooms in the pool area need cleaning more, loads of hair every where. Ordered a towel bale and was 1 person short. Had to ask twice for another one. Ate in the mash and barrel, told 30 minute wait ended up 50 minutes and order wrong when it came. Staff on the whole friendly and helpful.

Shingle beach a 15 min walk, some of that through industrial territory, otherwise few access points.

The deluxe 12 feet wide caravan was clean but lacked the cozy factor.

Not all the male staff were friendly, but the female staff seemed more friendly.

Not a lot to do for the kids, mainly swimming.

I have been to a lot of haven sites around the country with my children and this will be the last one ever.

Had a caravan that was virtually new with decking prestige it was,

All good lovely location beautiful caravan until the mornings when I’d go into my room to find condensation dripping literally onto my son the whole back of door was wet the bedding the walls totally inexeptable for a new caravan I didn’t however raise my concerns straight away in case it was a one off day 3 I decided enough was enough and raised my concerns someone from the maintenance team apparently went round when we were out and took a look and unsurprisingly couldn’t find an issue (of course not it was during the day and fully ventilated)

Received a new bedding pack and that was that

I received a follow up call at 5:50 pm and after stating I was disgusted still only then was I offered two other caravans for the remainder of our stay only to find that they were not spec for spec with what we had paid for

I thought that if there was a problem u rectify the issue with upgrade not down grade clearly not the practice here !!!! I declined and decided not to use the bedroom again as I paid for a balcony I expected to continue to reside in one !!!!



Then on weds the weather continues to be lovely so much so myself and my boys decided to sun bath

Went in for a drink leaving my sons on the deck as I come out there was a buggy with sales team member showing my caravan to prospective buyers I was so embarrassed and absolutely fuming 😤 how on earth is it right to be enjoying your holiday with people standing in front of your gate gawping at you

I raised my concern on Park in office at 12 noon to get a call back after I called again and again at 5;55 (5 minutes before they close) saying manager would deal with me in the morning and that it was definitely not acceptable

Long and short of it were Home now my call come just as I arrived home I got a half hearted frankly shit apology and they couldn’t do anything for me in the way of good will we were actually gonna book again before we left and we’re looking to buy a &56000 caravan on the park

We won’t be now !!!!! I didn’t expect a free week but something as a little gesture would have been nice

I’ve been every year since I was a little girl won’t be returning customer service is crap sorry guys thumbs down and it’s got 2 stars by accident I couldn’t then change it to one 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Deeply unimpressed with the caravans. Delux accessible caravan hmmm the bed in the living room is the most uncomfortable thing with a mattress like a pancake, the second bedroom door is coming off its hinges and as a result doesn't shut and we have a massive ant infestation. When we arrived there was a note about ants on site. Fine I expect the occasional ant. What I don't expect is to be infested with them and have them in the kids bed, worksurfaces in the kitchen, the sofas and walls in the living room. When we told reception they said they would send someone. What we got was a man with a bottle of spray with some sort of homemade coffe and vinegar spray. It was revolting and we were told if we could work out where they were coming from to put some fairy liquid in the hole. Sorry but I don't think we will be coming back.
