Kids love the pool with water slide and the amusements. There is also a small bowling alley and soft play in the Saxon Centre.
Beware the prices in Burger King and Papa John's as they are a lot more expensive than normal.
Evening entertainment is good.
General park is very good
Was given wrong caravan and when we arrive it wasn't clean. A neighbour had said that throughout their holiday they moved caravan several times and never did get the caravan they booked. The area is very industrial in some parts. However, entertainment was good and the park had good attractions and there was a lot to do. Was very annoyed that there was only internet access in Mash & Barrel restaurant. Suitable for younger children.
Went for a weekend break which we enjoyed. It was nice and near Hastings. Food at onsite restaurant Mash and Barrel was not too pricey and good quality. The bar was open until late and was good for the whole family. The only problem was our caravan was a little old a had a damp smell to it, however the rest of the family was also staying in other caravans that were fine.
great place for family and young kids. Girls loved the heated indoor pool. loads to do if weather nice. we were lucky. pitch-putt could do with a face-lift. all staff happy and friendly.
Excellent caravan site, the staff are without a doubt the friendliest camp site staff I've ever encountered, praise must go to all of them for their helpfulness and cheerful demeanour in all situations. There's an amazing slide in the outdoor pool, a challenging pitch and putt course, two entertainment complexes, indoor bowling and amusement arcades. Site security was reassuring, and a couple of local takeaways within walking distance. The local beach is accessed via a busy road and a railway footbridge, and although stony, offers stunning views of the south coast. Overall an amazing place!
Good 4 nights. Excellent van (platinum with decking ). Had more good features than we haven't been in the UK. I have a good day. 6 see if we have been in business, we are looking at how in 30 years of this type of holiday . Only negative comment I would like to make is i think haven would do well to give the cleaner's a bit more time to do there job. 15min extra would have been enough to pickup what we thought were obvious misses. Caravan was clean and tidy. Great place for family. It as hills so some parts can be hard to walk up. Plenty of stuff to do. Several places to drink around the site. Plenty of play areas for littleones. The pool party today was enjoyed by me teenagers. Weather for May was epic. The teenagers went for walks to meet up with those they met this week. Some activities you have to pay additional fees. The little pitch n putt was enjoyable. Worth going to Battle. The restaurant Simply Italian in Battle worth a visit.
Absolute shocking bad. Put us in a caravan on bottom of a hill even though we have a 18 month old child. Then to top it off put two college lot of youths next to us and keep up all night banging on Windows n doors. Put a complaint in got moved to another caravan. Then partner got told to move very rudely by a fun star twice the same one was rude. Then find out we have ants in our caravan coz they haven't tided it up n still sweets under the sofa. Do not book here it's c r a p
immaculately clean, great food options. Local shop is very reasonable. Great entertainment for the children and adults. The bar is fairly priced. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Caravan was modern, clean and airy and we only had a standard. There's really nothing I can fault, everything was well organised, guests had an app to let them know what's on as well as a paper version. Check in was easy and stress free, would come back 100 times.
