Heaven in Devon, brilliant site great staff great location.

Nice quite site near the beach and a good Base for visiting the surrounding areas, not very good for wifi unless you are in the club house could be improved so can get wifi in your caravan

We stayed here August 2017 in the actual manor not a caravan or lodge. First rating horrendous. It describes itself as quiet but when they had karaoke two floors down you could hear the music ! Secondly health and safety . The oven's safety certificate has no signature which is illegal in a public place. The kettle is positioned on a sink which is a fuse risk . It also has no certificate. Bedrooms are damp dark and mouldy . I actually found about and inch of glass on the carpet which hadn't been cleaned up. The only nice thing about the apartment is the stunning view of the beach. Caravan had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. White dog hairs all over the carpets and chairs. Cooker and bathroom were filthy. Tops were all thick dust. Dont think it had been cleaned for a while. Was a shame as it could have been lovely. We really enjoyed getting out and about sightseeing. Really pretty area. Had some great pub meals.
