Combe Mill Description
Combe Mill was once the steam and water powered sawmill and workshops serving the Blenheim Palace Estate. No longer a sawmill but the Beam Engine and Waterwheel still operate and our volunteers have restored some woodworking machinery to working order. Our blacksmiths' forge is regularly lit to allow volunteers and visitors to try their hand at making something.
We hold steaming events on the third Sunday of each month between March and October. In addition, we are open Non Steaming on the first Sunday of each month and every Wednesday from 18th March until 28th October.
