Absolute first class service! We used comet cars for 2 airport runs, they took us and collected us and even made a slight detour on way to airport! Keeping in contact with us for the return journey home.They were there waiting at the airport, drivers were brilliant! It made our holiday stress free, would never use a different taxi firm ever!!

Awful service! They have the ability to auto text saying your taxi left as they couldn't see you but can't auto text to say it's arrived! Modernise your service, what taxi firm can't text arrival notification?

Shocking time last night.. ordered taxi for 1.30 am from a friend house.. had confirmation text .. then at 12.58 had text saying cancellation was successful! At a different place... My friend lived no where near that so thought nothing of it.. then at 1.40 rang comet asking where's our taxi. Got told a man phoned up and cancelled! We was just girls! No man.. I think someone cancelled ours when it was supposed to been another booking! They then said it will be 3.30 for next one!! .. they made the mistake! I know it was the best in town.. but it's not anymore!

Very good service , right on time. Very friendly staff both driver and on the phone , would definitely recommend.

Lack respect for customers. Lie about what time they arrive because the drivers like to drive off after a minute of waiting. I have experienced better taxis such as go carz and access cars. I'd be ashamed if I was part of the 'comet cars' company. The rudeness from staff on the phone is ridiculous and the woman who normally answers always sounds miserable. - not necassarily pleasant for potential customers. New operators are compulsory.

Finally had enough. Sorry, but I pay the airline a lot of money for Priority Baggage so that I can be speedily on my way home after twelve hours of flying, so I don't appreciate sitting on my suitcase at Arrivals for twenty minutes because the driver needs to save a couple of quid on garage charges - for which I prepaid five quid. So no, I have taken my business elsewhere.
