Clean place withh friendly staff

Very pleasant stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
We were pleased with the size of the room which was ample for us, a couple (double bed) with a child (full size single bed) and the standard of cleanliness was excellent. The bathroom was a good size too.
Handy for central London from nearby underground station on Metropolitan line only a few stops to Baker Street and only 12 pounds for a day pass on all tfl trains and buses.
Good economical hotel for a city break in London.

I hated .. I arranged my first 1st birthday party on this hotel.. it's gone nicely suddenly electric cut.. we all waiting more than hours but they didn't responded.. if electric cut down the hotel management should provide something like generator... they didn't do anything.. they spoilt my daughter's birthday party.. even we didn't take any family pictures we spend about £5,000 it's all gone coz of this hotel.. TOTALLY BULL SHIT... I HATED THIS HOTEL.. I never recommended this hotel! !!!!

I had booked a room, informed the hotel of the fact I was only 16 years old, and that I would be alone, they insisted that there was no problem with any of this... After arriving alone in London, and catching multiple tubes to the hotel, the receptionist very coldly, with little sign of sympathy or remorse, said I would have to find another place to stay, as they CANNOT check in minors!after later on being rejected by 3 other hotels/BnBs i returned to the hotel to ask once more for a place to stay and explained i was sleeping rough if not in a place i had never been before. Still they said no, the manager of the hotel even came down to the reception to see me, did not talk to me, or to offer sympathies, merely to insist to the receptionist i was not to check in, He hadn't even told me he was the manager, i found that out later. Heartless, cold, and completely lacking in Christmas spirit. I would have rated it a 0 except there is no option to do so...0
