5 minute walk from kings cross / st Pancras. Nice, clean and modern reception area and rooms. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Polite friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

Wow very amazing and close.....

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of a holiday. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable plus a decent sized bathroom. Breakfast is adequate fruit yoghurt eggs ham muffins cereal and toast etc. I require gluten free food but managed with rice crispies and eggs and ham but would have liked some gluten free toast - that's my only negative comment.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and very close to public transportation. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as many convenience stores. Several banks are nearby as well. Rooms are small though and bathrooms are TINY!! Still liked it,was in a quiet neighborhood and I felt safe.

Rooms and beds are okay but the breakfast is a downer.

Just finished my stay here location is excellent and staff were friendly. Have a small family and was put in a room in the basement where it was so tight to move and had to walk through breakfast area to get to lift. Couldn't breathe in room was that stuffy. But all in all enjoyed my stay would of been a lot better had been allocated room away from the basement.

It was ok for one night.

Very overpriced, really not worth the money at all. Room smelled but was clean, however it was very hot on arrival and you had to go back to the reception for the controls. Not sure why they aren't given to you at check in.

Place like a Rabbit Warren which made lugging suitcases through fire doors difficult.

No TV due to building works accross the road ( aparrently )

Breakfast in the basement was nothing to write home about.

Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Convenient position for Eurostar. Room small but good for a night. Breakfast just about OK

Very small room , not that clean, bed was awful, breakfast was in the cellar, never again .

A very substandard place - turned on the air conditioner and water was running out over the wall and soaked the carpet - they fixed this by placing 2 towels on the floor!!

2 TVs in the room nether one of them worked!

Had a shower in the morning and opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off due to the steam, the sensor is right outside the door - all in all not a great experience

There were renovations going on I.e. hallway and staircase wood getting painted as I booked in. Room was stinking of paint. I could not be moved due to bookings full or I’m not sure if it was down to shortage of staff and no one available to make up another room. I had to leave window open.

Room doesn't fit description on Agoda, the AC wasn't working while the room was much hotter than the outside. It was also very stuffy.



I could only tolerate the heat for two hours and I had to leave and stay in another hotel.



When you complained through email, they blamed the agents for not updating the info, and they even said,



"Be advised that, this is the hotest summer since the 70’s, and the UK in general was not prepared for this hot weather. 90% or more of the houses do not have AC in the UK, 95% of the hotels which have less than 4stars do not provide AC either. However, since we want to improve and to not confuse guest we did advise all the companies we work with about the issue. And in the maintime we are working on repairing and changing the non working units. "



Brilliant.

No wifi (NOT working), smelly and moist room and not a lot of service.



Breakfast is not worth mentioning

Just stayed in the Comfort inn Kings cross for two nights without any hot water, staff really no intention of getting it fixed or letting anyone else know... when we complained for 3rd time, man behind the desk said that he could do nothing and to leave a one star review on our website, we told him that wasn't the point and wouldn't it be a better idea to fix it, his reply was that's all I can offer... So here it is, your ONE STAR review.... Get your Boiler fixed, and the electric shower on the 3rd floor and stop taking reservations until its sorted... Poor effort of a hotel.

Appalling place, rooms booked and paid for via Great Rail. Journeys months in advance but on arrival a friend who was travelling with us was told she had been booked out and no room available. See my visitor post for the whole sorry tale. Ended up 3 of us sharing a family room, not ideal my husband not happy at the situation.
