Such a busy week.

When someone hires a Rug Doctor and has a crack at doing some fibre based cleaning themselves. ūüė¨
The fallout of that, costing them in excess of ¬£2000 to rectify. ūüí∑ūüėĘ
When you soak fibres, you’ve a number of issues to face, dye bleed transfer, over wetting and mould to name a few!
... For the sake of a little extra, you can hire a Professional, who will have sufficient knowledge, experience and most of all be insured in case of any accidents occur.
Basic tests could have prevented this happening, and I’m sure they’ve learnt a very valuable, yet costly lesson.

Deep Cleaning of Carpets & Upholstery sometimes requires specialist treatment, to tackle food/drink stains, pet accidents and child mishaps. We can remove all of these safely, including slime, blu tack and makeup too!
The longer the stain has been present, the more difficult it can be to remove, as once in the backing, at times it will be held there and the underlay may need replacing.
It’s important to act fast, and not grab for the closest bottle of product available, as ...this can cement stains. Our knowledge of PH levels will determine what’s required, ie acidic or alkaline treatment all prior to extraction.

Don‚Äôt panic, call a Professional first time. As using under the counter products can lead to more problems. ūüĎćūüŹľ

Wool carpets are the most problematic. Why? Because they are made of animal hair, a natural fibre, which when stained can be the most difficult to rectify, almost like dyeing hair.
However as you‚Äôll see, we do our very best in all situations and give you an honest, professional service. ūüėä
... Sadly it seems, we are due some ‚ėĒÔłŹ, still this doesn‚Äôt see us take our foot off the gas, we are still business as usual and have some very interesting jobs in the pipeline.

Keeping busy in the sun over the last couple of days. ūüĆě

Recently I‚Äôve been told by people enquiring about prices, they can get it done cheaper. After asking a few generic questions, ie do they pre vacuum areas, and do they use a treatment spray, I‚Äôm shocked to say they don‚Äôt! ūüė≥ let alone using agitation to loosen soiling from fibres, which lif...ts the pile too and massages our products into the carpets.
It’s safe to say with us, there are no hidden extras!
We don‚Äôt ask you to hoover (vacuum) first, and we always use an eco friendly (safe ‚ôĽÔłŹūüĆéūüĎ∂ūüŹĽūüźąūüź∂) products in your homes. Our agitation machine (brush machine) is the best on the market, and works pet hair out, lifts the carpet‚Äôs pile and massages the product into the fibres, all before I extract using my high powered Jaguar Machine.
