At Commercial & Leisure Boating, we’re focused on training and development, giving people the transformational opportunities for a better life, whether on or off the water.

Whether you are a complete novice or a maritime professional we would love to work with you. We’ll give you the learning and training you need to be the person you want to be. We do this by providing you with instructors that have come from Merchant Navy and Yachting backgrounds.

Whether its Commercial or Leisure boating you require, we’ll give you the skills and experience you need to fulfil your potential. We also aim to build your confidence and self-esteem on and out around the water.

We aim to have a lasting, lifelong impact on everyone we meet. We do this by measuring our success by your achievements. We are committed to providing you with an outstanding education whilst building essential life skills. All this happens at our fully equipped base at Marine Safety Training Centre, South Shields.
