At Community Connexions we are passionate about ensuring that as many people as possible in our Gloucestershire community, irrespective of their personal circumstances, can access the necessary transport to meet their daily needs. We provide safe, accessible transport for people of any age who have difficulty getting out and about and who are unable to use conventional public transport due to age, mobility or health issues or who may be socially or rurally isolated. Our services include door-to-door, home to school, day centre and patient transport together with community bus routes across the county. To provide this service we have an excellent team of qualified drivers and trained volunteers who are dedicated to providing transport to help enable independence, inclusion and participation.
