Nice hotel located in the heart of Green Park- the park view rooms are stunning. If you are visiting London, the location is key and only 10 minutes away from the tube. Must try (be wary about the price) Nobu is part of the establishment. Pleasant staff who welcomes with the most beautiful smile you could think

I was gonna give them half a star but I don't have that option. We order something and it always comes late, sometimes room service messes up the food and forgets stuff. Also, to use the gym you have to be over 18. I come to London almost every year and this was one of the worst hotels i've stayed in. If you want a good hotel, I would recommend Grosvenor or Amba or Milestone, even Royal Garden. I am disappointed in this hotel.

Recently visited for a meeting. Greated by two members of staff at the door. Friendly staff all round, lively modern looking interior. Closest station is green park.

Great hotel and staff. We stayed in the apartments. Loved having our place with all the benefits of a hotel. Concierge was always helpful. Great staff. Very clean and safe hotel.

Staff are excellent on the front desk. However I had no hot water in my room which was a little annoying. Which considering the premium nature of this hotel I was a little disappointed.

Rooms was very clean and modern .

Limited choice of TV channels.
The only problem is that they don't put Shattaf in the bathroom - (Islamic Bidet Spray)
