A break in our regular service // Two years ago, Nico Baptiste, our head barman in Ibiza, began his mission to remove all plastic straws from Experimental Beach Ibiza as a first step in our mission to make our entire group more eco-friendly. This week, we're proud to announce that after 730 days of trial & research, all 19 bars, restaurants and hotels across Experimental Group in London, Ibiza, New York and Paris will begin using biodegradable straws. We had a wonderful late afternoon drink and a cheese and meat platter. The staff were excellent especially the young man who served us our Champagne and wine. Best pink champagne I've ever had! We would highly recommend and we will be back. Wonderful place!

The greatest and most legendary wines by the glass. If you're not a wine connoisseur, they have expert sommeliers on hand to help. The food was also absolutely outstanding and great value. I've been twice in two days and looking forward to going back again very soon.

Great find tucked away in a lovely location with a comfy feel about it. Beautifully decorated friendly staff. Had the prawns and the calamari. Can honestly say as a calamari lover, the best I have ever tasted! Cooked to perfection with the most amazing taste! Complements to the Chef!

Fabulous little find. Had a lovely afternoon here yesterday. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very special thank you to Jeff who looked after us and made our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommend this wine bar.

Excellent venue but the staff make it. Their knowledge of wine is great unfortunately the food menu isn't amazing however it is slightly expensive for what it is. Saying this I do frequent this plane and highly recommend it.

Amazing food - staff was attentive and aware of our needs. Beautiful place for a leisurely lunch and wine. Great wine selections. Dessert was soooooo good too!! Will definitely be back. A real hidden "Gem"

Very good food, and I mean VERY! Interesting & extensive choice of wines (though not all of the wines we tried were outstanding), and very friendly professional service



Downside was ridiculously tiny tables that are completely inappropriate for the food being served. The room is also dark & gloomy. Not atmospheric just gloomy

Nice but very very expensive. 84 pounds for 5 glasses of wine and some cheese (there were 3 of us), ouch. Nice wine and nice cheese though, and lovely service.

The food was nice, great selection of wines, however the service was poor and the portion sizes were outrageous for the price. ┬Ż14 for half a slice of brioche with a bit of pate on top. What did they do when I complained about the portion size? Absolutely nothing.
