Foster carers come from many different backgrounds and circumstances. The one thing they all have in common is knowing that giving a child the stability and warmth of family life is one of the most rewarding things you can do.

Support for children, support for you - You’ll have access to our professional team at all times and receive regular visits from our highly experienced and caring Supervising Social Workers.
Be empowered to make a difference We provide outstanding training and ongoing personal development, including the opportunity to build a career in fostering
Receive a generous allowance for every night that a child or young person spends in your home. Our fostering payments range from £20, 000 to £40, 000 per year depending on individual circumstances.
Join our friendly and supportive foster carer community which meets regularly to share information and learn from each other

What a brilliant idea, what would you say to a younger version of you?
Here at our Compass Rustington office, we know how to 'bake sale' We've been eating cake for 2 days now.... and we even have left overs for Mondays meetings!
We have raised an amazing £120 for MIND which we all know is a brilliant charity. At one point, we did have "battle of the tiffins", we're still not sure which tiffin won, it had the whole office divided.
Personally, I am still torn between the caramel shortbread with salted pretzels or the amazing lemon drizzle cake....

We are SO proud of our AMAZING foster carer Lindsey who appeared on BBC Radio Suffolk today talking about her experiences as a first time foster carer with Compass.
We only rang Lindsey last night to ask if she could do it, so it was all a bit last minute, after some initial nerves, live on air she absolutely smashed it and even tackled some quite difficult questions!
Lindsey spoke about her experience saying; ... "it's about being able to give love, being available and being consistent"
What a great opportunity for Lindsey - thank you for representing Compass and showing everyone that our foster carers are AMAZING!
