Compass Rose Description
I am a private practice counsellor and psychotherapist working in the Derby and Nottingham area. I currently offer one to one sessions from a location in Vernon Street in the centre of Derby, and Leen Valley House in Nottingham.
This page is designed to open up the dialogue about counselling and how it can help, while hopefully offering transparency about the realities of therapy so you can make an informed decision about if it's best for you.
From anxiety to depression, trauma to self harm, addiction to mental health issues, counselling can offer support and help for you to understand what is happening, how your experiences or circumstances might be impacting on how you're feeling, and how you can make changes to improve the quality of your life.
