Owner & CEO, Richard Faulkner has been building and repairing yachts and tenders at his workshops on the River Hamble for over 30 years.

Compass Tenders is an expression of Richard’s lifelong passion for boats and the sea.

Since Compass Tenders was formed in 2004, Richard and his team have worked with many world renowned designers, captains and build managers, each of whom have called upon Compass Tenders' expertise and technical resources to build tenders for their owners and clients. Compass Tenders have now constructed and delivered over thirty five bespoke tenders, for a wide spectrum of uses.

By offering unparalleled design, build quality and finish, together with exceptional customer service, clients are able to confidently request specific requirements for their individual tenders, knowing that they will be achieved and built to the very highest standards.
