Thoroughly professional service from these guys on a damaged 320d estate tail gate and passenger side bumper. I was so happy picking it up seeing that it was a good as new. Zero hassle getting a courtesy car which made things so much easier for me. So impressed that the car was in a few weeks later for a black grill style upgrade. Cheers Chris, great service. What a fantastic service , broken plastic surround to door mirror, cost to replace in excess of £630 ! CCC looked at it offered a "repair" at a third of the cost? They told me what they would do, I must admit I was a little cynical as to the possible result BUT believe me the skill of the engineer that undertook the "repair" is outstanding in fact he must also be a magician ! You literally cannot see anything of the work done , absolutely brilliant !

Thank you again and I will ensure I recommend your organisation to everyone I meet!

Impreza STI type uk - absolutely faultless from the day I got my quote from Chris to collecting my vehicle. The rear quarter panel has been exceptionally repaired to such a high standard and being able to have all four wheels refurbished while Chris and the team did the bodywork was just fantastic. I can't recommend CCC enough. Over the years I've taken;a Jeep grand Cherokee, Range Rover Sport, Focus ST and BMW Z4 all with various complexity of repair. The result is always flawless ! The customer service is superb, Chris and his team are some of the most professional and personable people you could wish to meet, put that together with a fleet of decent courtesy cars, good prices and a great attention to detail, you don't need to go anywhere else.

Fantastic service from Chris & the team at Complete Car Cosmetics. Had been recommended the place by someone I know is meticulous about his vehicle. Quote was emailed over within 2hrs of my visit. Dropped the car off for the work to be done & had an email a couple of hours later to advise of a slight increase in cost (& asking for authorisation to proceed). Accepted the increase & on collection Chris had even saved the additional damaged part to show me the reason for the increase. Whilst I hope I don't have to return to Complete Car Cosmetics, their workmanship & service is excellent. Would not hesitate to use them again / recommend them to anyone.

Dropped my car this morning with some very small dents that requires PDR, had a chat with Chris, agreed with the (reasonable) price, left the car, went for a walk, came back, car was done professionally. Will comeback again if needed. Complete Car Cosmetics = Professional.

I’ve had a few paint repairs over the years and these guys completed the work better than factory finish. The team made sure everything was perfect, took me through what needed to be done, offered a courtesy car and kept me up to date with progress before handing the car back in perfect condition.
