Fast Responders - ... These are senior Health Care Assistants that support the office and new staff and have a more senior role. You will need HCA or support work experience. You MUST be a driver for this role.
Health Care Assistants - ALL HCA positions need DRIVERS We are looking for staff across Leeds to meet our contract needs with the NHS. We need staff for various work patterns from 7:00 - 23:00. These can be full or part time.
We also have specific needs for the following shifts and areas full time or part time in:
Otley/Guiseley/Yeadon for shifts 0700-1500, 1500-1900, 1900-2300 or 1430-2300
Pudsey/Bramley for 0700-1500, 1500-1900, 1900-2300
Harehills for 0700-1500 and 1500-2300
Support Workers - needed on a part time, permanent basis for days in LS8, LS16, and one temporary (9 months) in LS29.
Part time nights also available in LS28 one night per week.
All MUST be drivers.

Role: Resource Coordinator (Roter/Scheduling Coordinator)
Location: 1 Airport West, Lancaster Way, Yeadon, Leeds, LS19 7ZA
Hours: Full time – 40 hours... Salary: Starting at £8.50* an hour to be reviewed following successful completion of probationary period
*On-call will be paid as a subsidiary

We work alongside the NHS to provide excellent hospital to community discharge as well as providing private care, ensuring that the normal day to day activities of daily living are achievable despite diagnosis and prognosis.
The role: As one of our resource coordinators you will • Produce and maintain all rotas ensuring all calls are staffed appropriately • Organise and liaise with the NHS and others in the team in order to take on new packages • Prepare, present, analyse and quality check reports that may be required monthly, quarterly or annually • Develop and improve complaint and critical incident reports as well as respond to incoming calls and visitors as required • Maintain database information including sickness, absence and holidays
*You will be expected to join the out of hours On Call team on a shift rotation between the hours of 16.30pm and 06.00am Monday – Thursday and from 16.30pm Friday till 06.00am Monday.
The successful candidate will: • Be able to work under pressure • Be organised • Have excellent communication skills with colleagues, other professionals, HCA and support staff, patients and facility members • Be able to use Excel, Email, telephone systems and company rostering software • Be professional in manner and appearance. • Want to be part of the continued growth of the company.
