Complete Preservation

After spending considerable sums of money over the last few years, we feel lucky to have found Ross Charters, a true expert in his trade. A three hour survey, lots of expensive surveying equipment, little pots full of our plaster, followed by a huge report.

The repairs were booked in, and we had 7 weeks to get ready.

Jayson, Neil, and Simon that carried out the work couldn’t of done anymore for us. We had a dust prevention system installed at the start of the work, we had no dust unlike when we had previous works. The standard of work was exceptional, we couldn’t be more pleased.

If I can share any advice with anybody, do your research to find a true damp expert. We were very unfortunate, and it cost us dearly.
