Went in a sunny Saturday afternoon with a bike in mind. The bike I was after (Yamaha XJ6 S Diversion) was being prepped in the rear of the shop. Nothing was too much trouble to take it off prep to have a closer look around it and hear it running...The staff were attentive and thorough from start to finish (Only advice I could give would be to change the brand of coffee in the machine �) bike was delivered on the stated date and time with all paperwork complete, I just wish the rain would stop now so I could go out a bit more... I cannot recommend Completely Motorbikes enough first class all round. If you're reading this and thinking of getting a bike look no further.

Rode up from Portsmouth to look at a Rocket. Met James and carl, cup of tea and an hour later , bought a lovely Thunderbird LT. just got it delivered and can't be happier. Excellent service, good trade in and really nice guys. Great selection of bikes to choose from . Highly recommended.

Great place James sorted me out with a 2015 S1000R sport, great bloke to deal with bike was MOTed and new tyre supplied and fitted on the front ready to go and with a wet week he delivered it as well FOC, will be calling in for a cuppa when out and about.

Amazing place and amazing people.Went in with the hopes of buying an aprilia touno and spoke to carl he made the process very easy and stress free even helped me choose and buy the new exhaust for it,would highly recommend this place and the salesman carl for your next bike.

After searching plenty of motorcycle dealers and not having much luck I came across Completely Motorbikes.I was very interested in an 05 Zx10r they had and after looking through the pics and reading the info I gave them a call.

A young guy called James answered and after a quick conversation I was on my way.

I was met at the door by James with a welcome coffee and the bike had been placed at the front of the shop for my viewing.The pics and info were spot on and the bike looked great.

James was extremely pleasant to deal with and didn't give me any sales pressure.

The shop is well laid out with a great selection of motorcycles,friendly atmosphere and I'm sure would welcome anyone even if you just wished to take a look around.

The bike was given a fresh MOT and prepped for me to collect 2 days later.

The whole experience was one of the best iv had when buying any motorcycle and would highly recommend Completely Motorbikes.Thanks again James..

A brilliant company to deal with, strong trade in price, free delivery to Glasgow and a free service too, traded a Diavel Carbon for an XDiavel S, I've bought 14 bikes in 16 months and I have to say it was the best and easiest purchase out them all, special thanks to James and Carl for making this a pleasant experience and I really can't recommend you guy's enough. Thank you very much.

Poor customer service. Paid cash for motorbike, waited for weeks before it was delivered, in between we were told a shock absorber could do with being changed especially as my husband was in James’s words “a big fella” then asked to pay half of the cost! Despite being offended-we went halves! Now only had the bike a couple of months (400 miles travelled in total) and a number of issues (all safety related) that won’t be recognised. I wouldn’t bother, go elsewhere.

My son purchased a Yamaha R6 from here 2 months ago, having just passed his Test. Since then he has been working in Liverpool and as we live in Pembrokeshire has only be able to take the bike out a few times ( fortunately ) This weekend he came home and went out with 2 experienced Riders. My son told one of the lads the Dive chain was noisy he tightened it for my son and whilst doing so he noticed all the locking nuts from the rear sprocket were missing!!! He also said he couldn't understand how the sprocket hadn't come off and my son was lucky it hadn't locked up his rear wheel and he hadn't had a serious accident. My son immediately bought 6 locking nuts but could only fit 4 as the thread was wrecked on the other 2. We have photos of the damage to the rear swing arm, damage to the chain adjuster. My son has telephoned you today to be told basically tough and the person implied as he had the bike for 2 months he could have taken them off himself!!! Why he would do that is a mystery to me. Absolutely disgusting attitude !!!
