Today I had my first proper Reiki session with Mary. I've had short taster sessions before but today I got the full works! I enjoyed it and feel so much more relaxed and content. Definitely worth a try if you're prone to depression and anxiety as I am. I tell Mary she has healing hands Thank you xx

Had my first aroma therapy massage today with Mary. Mary is a very professional therapist and has excellent knowledge of the muscular system and have to say it was lovely. Very relaxing and now feel very cleansed mind and body. would deffinatly recommend her for future reference of anybody thinking of having this treatment in the future. I'm rebooking for sure.
