We specialise in providing bespoke front and back office connectivity solutions to the financial services industry. However, our expertise is not limited to the design and construction of great software. We can help ensure that requirements are fully documented, discussed, understood and agreed. • Project / Team /Workpackage Management - Working within project / company standards or in isolation, Component 10 have the technical, project management and interpersonal skills to plan, resource and manage to delivery, a multitude of tasks. • Recruitment / Candidate Selection - Getting the right people for the job can be a time consuming and risky business - mistakes can be costly. Our staff have experience of all aspects of recruitment and can offer advice on technical assessment, personal profiling and can even get involved in interviewing. • Due diligence / Review - Our staff have been called upon before to review projects and / or documentation.
