CompSciGirl is an organisation that aims to inspire, encourage and inform you about all things Computer Science. We publish articles rich with information, tips and tricks suited to anyone who is considering studying Computer Science or anyone who would like to get into the technology industry. We host technical workshops for anyone interested in learning new skills. Our IT professionals are well equipped with the appropriate industry skills. Prepare to tap into their knowledge and skill set during these sessions. Additionally, CompSciGirl organises networking events, where you can network with representatives from top companies and IT firm. Our members have obtained Placements opportunities, Internships and Grad schemes and Job offers from these events. The gender gap observed in a computer science lecture theatre was what originally inspired our founder Faith Ubido to form CompSciGirl. The scarcity of females in STEM classrooms creates a domino effect that other females are begining to follow. CompSciGirl Works tirelessly, to encourage more females to enter these field, focusing on Technology.
