Comptoir Libanais

Went there with my husband and son yesterday and this place ticks all the boxes. Will definitely go back again. We had a great time 👍

Really nice food, friendly staff, good location for waiting around for train at Liverpool Street. Would be nicer to sit outside in summer too.

J'adore le restaurant Le Comptoir Libanais. Very welcoming friendly atmosphère .I was there only yesterday .My daughter and her friend took us the two mummies for lunch.I thoroughly enjoyed from Get go the drinks Rose with mint I loved was very refreshing indreed.The lamb with couscous miam was succulent miam..Aaah the lovely staff very passionnate, warm and very friendly. I felt at home when I spoke in french with one of the staff.Very fluent in french so I ordered in french finished off by some gorgeous baclava cakes ! Miam miam .We even bought some to take home !Merci beaucoup to All the staff . Au Revoir a bientôt :)

It's me and my partner's 2 nd time at Comptoir Libanais at Broad gate in London and we absolutely loved it! The Baklava is amazing, particularly the fact that you can choose! The coffee was sooo good! Reminded me of Turkish coffee...and it went so well with the pistachio baklava I love. I got their cook book the last time I was there. This reminds me I need to actually start using it caz the food is good good! Recommend, for anyone passing thru Liverpool Street, and needing a good tasty meal! It's brilliant!

I love this place, from the fabulous food, the Lebanese wine, the baklava, the lovely staff and my delightful morning coffee & croissant.

Great food and service

Dear friend and I were looking for a venue for her old work mates to meet. We were asked to come in to take foots. ..we ended up sitting because we liked the menu. Fud was so nice... just what the doctor ordered for me. A mezze platter for 2 .. more like 3 people and I had potatoes which tasted of the charcoal flames. Service was good too...polite friendly staff.

My friend had been to one with her mum the week before and she too was impressed. Will be going there again. Yeummm.

Clean and colourful. Food and service were excellent. Will go back when next in town.

Staff was lovely, and best hot chocolate ever. It was a lovely place to chill out with friends before we all parted for the night.

Food was tasteful, drinks were average to good.Decoration was very fancy, slightly shadowing the rest of the service. Would recommend it for a lunch break bite.

A really warm welcome. Great food, the chicken with sauce on side (can't remember the name) was just the best. Very popular - the place was full. Staff friendly and passionate about the food. One thing, don't play the music too loud as it inhibits conversation.

Food nice, but so much mint in everything. Had a jug of cocktail and it was so full of solid ice, pure green, just tasted of mint, I poured it out and it went all over the table, couldn't taste any alcohol in it at all.

Food Ok but unfortunately waiter service was very aggressive. Waiter not give up outdoor table because some guy that was having a meeting across the road had given the nod to waiter to keep it for him so I was denied. I ate my lunch with 3 other colleagues and the table was left empty for the whole duration (as we left it was still empty). We were planning a very long lunch but the noise inside restaurant and the aggressive nature of all the waiter/&s we felt that this was a place we would not return to. You want to relax and not be spoken to rudely.
