Wonderful. We came upon it by accident but what a find! Wonderful food, fresh, plentiful and tasty and friendly staff. The atmosphere and decor was great and all in all we had a lovely time. I recommend the falafels especially!

We called in while on way to a show at the Opera House. Staff were efficient and polite. The menu contained some unusual sounding dishes but these were explained well alllowing us to decide. We had a sharing Halloumi Meze to start, and I a flatbread and my wife a wrap for main. Portion sizes were good and served with lots of salad, pickles, olives, chillis and houmous and chick peas. All delicious and a little more than we could manage. Decor was authentic Lebanese, with a retail area at the front where one could buy bags, coffee pots and deserts to take away. Outside, under a canopy of as the shisha area which I'd like to try when we have more time to visit. All in all a great, reasonably priced meal in authentic surroundings and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call again.

Never had Lebanese food before- but will definitely look out for this chain now (come to Newcastle, we would love it here)! We had cheese parcels and lamb balls for starters, and chicken kofta and mixed grill for mains- loved it. Especially the vermicelli rice! So happy we found this place on our trip to Manchester!

Gorgeous food! Friendly accommodating staff. I had the lamb burger which was gorgeous topped with halloumi cheese, our 2 and a half year old son had a chicken wrap and ate every bit, will definitely return!

User

Can't fault it , if you want a different eating experience with plenty of good food then this is the place . The sounds , the smells and the ambiance make you feel like you've left Manchester for a bit . Well worth a visit and reasonably priced compared to others around , shisha is great to .

Beautiful decoration, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. I had the aubergine tangine which melted in your mouth and flat bread with seasoned tomatoes. The meze was also good I recommend the ice mint tea. I had to ask for Harrisa as I do like my food with a little more heat. Great food for a chain!

Went in for drinks, whilst in there the manager was a grumpy bugger shouting at the staff and telling them off, no wonder they aren’t happy at work. Place is nice, a bit pricey, not very atmospheric due to pop music being played rather than traditional music, lights in ladies toilet do t work had to use my phone as did another lady which made for a strange experience. It was alright not sure i’d go back.

Food was nice rather than spectacular. We waited 30 minutes for our starters to arrive due to a mix up but manager apologised and staff were nice. Nice atmosphere.

Ordered two set menus at £19.95 each, expected to get everything that was stated on the set menu x 2 as that's what was shown and I was being charged twice for.

Only received one of the mezze to share between two people, after asking why we hadn't got two of everything even though we've been charged twice, we were told that because we get two mains that the mezze are to share.

When you go to any restaurant you expect to get what you see on the menu when ordering, you shouldn't have to guess then settle for a lame excuse.

As a gesture of goodwill we were given 10% discount on the bill but were then charged 10% service charge.

To sum up, the food is lovely, but the menu is blatantly wrong and the staff don't seem to have any idea what's going on! Such a shame!

Very poor service by a waitress with a bad attitude. Food took far to long to arrive and then some was missing, despite asking a number of times it still didn't come out. Was asked if we would like desserts while still eating the starters. Over 45 minutes between courses and 30 minutes for the bill. Also took approx 10 minutes for cutlery & plates to arrive after the food had been served. After talking with the manager who was lovely all was sorted but overall a poor first experience. The food we did have was lovely and fresh. The drinks were ok and the atmosphere was nice. shame about the attitude of a waitress who was happy to argue instead of trying to sort out any issues.

User

The food is really very decent but the service is not.

We spent twenty minutes trying to get a waiter's attention to order drinks - only to have a 'time out' sign made at us while the waiter continued to serve everyone around us.

Ruined date day. We ordered drinks, swiftly enough. When the food was served it looked lovely, however the partner hated hers so much that she sent it back. I asked to do the same with mine and he told me I couldn't do that. The plate had a mouthful taken out of it. When I explained it that the texture of sea bass, tasted like grit and it was making me feel nauseated he said its not possible to have food poisoning immediately... Like I'd already said it was that, when I said the taste and texture was horrible and I wasn't paying for it... He then refused to take it off the bill. Horrible bloke managing, really rude too, walked off half way through me explaining things further saying, "You're paying for that." when the waitress came and took it back already.

Vile place, vile people, vile food. Never going back.
