Condor Ferries - Poole Ferry Terminal

Very good service in all areas.

Travelled standard class. Plenty of room. Food was nice. Pleasant journey

Seamless journey from start to finish...upgraded to the club lounge where the staff were friendly and attentive as were the staff loading and unloading the cars . Highly recommended.

Our cars engine wouldnt start... just as we started boarding. They were amazing, helpful in trying to bump start our rather large car and got us on the boat at the 11th hour with the help of a super fast, effiecent and weekend saving AA.

Never had any trouble at all

It’s a ferry terminal. It has a ferry, the terminal and is by the sea. Winner.. staff are friendly and helpful too.

If you are quick to complain, you should also be quick to praise.

I always travel Club where the staff are always polite and attentive.

This service does have its difficulties occasionally but I travel on with Condor 5-6 times a yr and find them to be helpful and professional

I was nervous as I haven't taken the car on a ferry before, but it was easy and well organized and the staff are very helpful and friendly, it wouldn't bother me doing it again

I use it regularly and find if very pleasant. A clean and comfortable building with pleasant cheerful staff, clean toilets and a nice atmosphere. There is a cafe which sells nice food, and there is free wifi, which I found helpful after the bus wifi on the way to Poole wasn’t working properly! Easy to find one’s way around and well signposted inside.

Having had our plane delayed - long wait getting our luggage, no updates at the airport - a 3 hour taxi drive down to the ferry, what an absolute pleasure it was to sit quietly in pure luxury on the Concord. The service levels of the staff surpass excellence - the ferry was spotless and what a change to be updated by the Captain as to what was going on at regular intervals. Thanks for a great trip.

Had a wonderful day trip from Poole to Guernsey great smooth crossing with friendly staff. Very happy with service definitely use them again.

Had a lovely trip over to Guernsey for the day. We were booked to go on Friday but the ferry was cancelled due to the weather. However we were offered the chance to go on Saturday instead and the weather was perfect giving us a smooth ride. The staff were all very helpful and provided good customer service both at Poole and Guernsey . The ferry was half empty so we upgraded on the way out and so had panoramic views. It was dark on the way back so didn't bother but could sit almost anywhere. Thank you

From the start of your journey to the finish the staff are helpful and freindly. Ferries are always on time and often leave early if the boat is loaded on time ( so for a Day trip to Guernsey you get full value for money ) Yesterday we saw a pod Dolphins on our way back from Guernsey to Poole , so magical ! x

Condor staff on shore and aboard Liberation were all very helpful when we went on our day trip to Guernsey. I've seen the negative comments about security , however security is G4S , not Condor , and to be fair , I was searched, but the staff were efficient , not rude...

Clean and tidy and very efficient service

After been warned by many people about the crossing we were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the whole journey went. staff were helpful and it being our first trip we were a bit daunted by where to go etc. but there were plenry of team members at each stage to support us. the ocean lounge was amazing and perfect as it gave us some space to entertain my 2 year old nephew who was travelling with us.

Luckily the staff on Guernsey were quick enough to make up the mistake been made with my luggage at the check-in in Poole. Those idiots didn't give me any information about the name tag on my luggage, me taking the ferry the first time. They've given me the wrong label so my luggage nearly ended up in jersey instead of my destination in Guernsey! I necessarily take the ferry for work, but surely not recommended it!!

Be sure to get to check in early, was really slow yesterday.
