With over 15 years of experience in corporate environments, my passion is and always has been people. Within operations and service delivery, one of my key focuses was to ensure staff delivered a fantastic service. I achieved this by ensuring staff were engaged, motivated and happy. Sickness is costly to businesses and not in just the lost productivity but the time and effort spent in managing absence.
