As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Business Psychologist and Coach, I am passionate about helping women in organisations use their voice and see their value. I would like to help you to be your authentic self at work by challenging your resisting thoughts and behaviours in a 1-1 session or workshop. I am a Business Psychologist and Leadership Development Specialist who has over 8 years experience working for a boutique niche consultancy as well as one of the 'Big 4'; consulting at all levels of an organisation, from individual contributors through to the C-Suite across industries and geographies. This has given me an extensive know how around — what drives female leaders in an organisation, what challenges are they facing and what is on their mind. Regardless of whats going on with you - whether you suffer from anxiety, would like to be more assertive, grow your self-efficacy and confidence - I believe in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy as a quick and effective possibility to help your mind accept new, healthier habits or preferred responses – linking emotion, thought and action. After completing BSc in Psychology and MSc in Occupational Psychology (Goldsmiths, University of London), I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy in 2017 after being absolutely fascinated by this topic and researching it for over a decade.
