Conict is a consultancy specialising in providing training and support to the housing, care and support sector. With many years experience in the sector we are well versed in the issues faced by providers, commissioners and service users. The Director of Conict is Nichola Goom, she has over 15 years experience of working with third sector providers and 11 years experience of the housing and support sector. Nichola was formerly Chief Executive of ROCC an umbrella organisation providing support and training to the sector, she left in 2010 when she founded Conict.
