Coniston Park Coppice Caravan Club Site

Fantastic location with great range of pitches direct access to mountains and lake and staff always helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pitches are amongst woodland, so you really feel like your close to nature. There are three toilet/shower blocks so your not too far away from one of them. You can easily walk to Conniston lake from the site and the footpath goes all the way to Conniston village. We will definitely be back.

Really nice staff that are willing to help you get settled in and start enjoying you break as soon as you arrive. Big open spaces with lots of room either side of your pitch. All the service points are only a stones throw away. Coniston town is 30 minutes walk from the site where you'll experience some breath taking views along the way. Marvellous.

Wonderful location, but very narrow and windy access road. Many of the pitches are on slopes which means they are unsuitable for motorhomes. An excellent base where you can stop and then catch the local buses and walk.

Good site set in trees so you dont see many caravans. Nice walk to village and lake. Road on arrival a bit tight for caravans if anything coming other way.

Liked this site, just 5 minutes from coniston water, Great place for bird watching as well.
Good site will be returning.

Great location but site has a little too much grey gravel for me. Plant some colour please.

Great location with great facilities. Very lively site for outdoor people. Can be a bit muddy early season but worth it for the stunning location next to Coniston water with the village just a short walk away.

Site looks good on arrival, staff seemed nice. Booked for 3 nights. Paid £117. Was given a map of site and told to find your own spot. Drove round and round along with about 4 others also looking for that same space. Finally got space that wasn't ideal. Squeezed behind another van so we were overlooked every which way. Facilities were too far away. Expected better for the price paid. Would not recommend and definitely will not be returning.
