Connecting Through Memoirs Podcast Ltd

On March 30, 2020 the decisions was made to Help PeopleHello everyone. My name is Ameera and I am a Great Listener. No seriously. I listen to others stories in some way almost every day. People always feel a connection with me from the first time we speak and tell me almost everything about what is bothering them at the time. After that, they tend to feel better and some even permit me to come up with an action plan together with them for their next step after clarity. My partner King then told me that this is a gift that God gave me and I must use it wisely. Help as many people as possible. At the time being a single mother with bills up to my eyeballs, the only thing that I could think on is HOW to do this with practically NO MONEY? So I pushed it on the side and went on living my "LIFE". That is until Corona Virus COVID19 hit our island of St. Maarten hard in early 2020. Now that I was forced to stop in my tracks, because of the isolation, I started reflecting on my life and where I was at age 36. Where was I headed and what will life be like after all this is over. Will I simply go back to "Old Habits" or will I rise above. After all these conversations with myself, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and told me that NOW IS THE TIME! So on March 30, 2020 I sat with my partner, came up with a name for the podcast (Connecting Through memoirs), opened a Soundcloud account, recorded my first intro video with my old phone and decided to contact 20 women at a time to see who would be willing to do interviews with ZOOM that will then be recorded and then converted into sound in order to load up on soundcloud. So many things happened in between that could have stopped me from even reaching this point. However I thought Girl, you already been on the side of excuses. Why not be on the side of ACTION.
