Consortia Corporation's mission is to continue to create relevant and appropriate consortia for the development of sustainable projects across the globe in keeping with the aspirations of the Millennium Development Goals and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) : Strategic Plan 2014 - 2017This classic definition, which first appeared in 1987, truly encapsulates the meaning of sustainable development: "Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. " — from the World Commission on Environment and Development's (the Brundtland Commission) report Our Common Future  (Oxford: Oxford University Press, 1987). A consortium is a group of individuals or companies formed to undertake an enterprise or activity that would be beyond the capabilities of the individual members. In effect the power of the consortium is greater than the sum of its parts.  The word Consortia is the plural of Consortium and our mission is to continue to create multiple consortia across the globe. Such consortia are comprised of governments, aid agencies, NGOs, developers, investors, banks, project managers, architects, engineers, construction corporations and other related consortium members.  The Directors and Associates of Consortia Corporation are seasoned professionals; developers, engineers, architects, agronomists, financiers, financial consultants and  tourism and hospitality advisors with vast international experience combining over a hundred years of experience operating in over thirty countries.
