This Nissan Qashqai had us surprised with the level of corrosion that it was suffering with, this was highlighted during an Mot inspection the customer was unaware of severity of the corrosion. We were able to remove and supply two new rear trailing arms.

This Ford fiesta failed its MOT due to a corroded rear spring mounting, we were asked if we could fabricate a new mounting. We were able to undertake this work and the customer was able to get the car retested.

Ignoring the oil service schedule on your diesel vehicle can result in the oil turning into a thick sludge, so thick in this case that we couldn't drain it through the oil drain plug. The only option was to remove the sump pan, as you can see from the video we have saved this engine just in time from complete failure.
