The telephone service is nothing short of DIABOLICAL!

. I'm TRYING TO GET MARRIED IN MOROCCO AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM!.
had phone cut off by individuals on several occasions. You will spend hours on phone waiting to get through to no one at all.
It's been very stressful. And I've been at this for weeks! Just sitting here again now. Been waiting 25 mins. Sometimes you do this and phone gets cut dead.
Embassy London can't help
Embassy Rabat can't help
And these. ..Who deal directly with these matters are profoundly absent and incapable.
Feel lost and helpless.
Ps. Theire website is little help!
Not specific enough. Virtually nothing on the marriages page and some of it incorrect.
I hope the ambassador reads this as shortly..when this ordeal is over...he will be receiving a piece of my mind.
Shame on those responsible for staffing this organisation 😓

One of the shittest places I have ever dealt with in my life. After issuing my husband a visa to travel to Morocco they lost his passport which confirmed his ILR (indefinite leave to remain). Not only has my family lost a lot of money for the holiday which was booked but a very important document has also been lost. The Moroccan Embassy are too proud to admit what they have done not thinking that they saw that passport to enable them to issue the visa in the first place. A total disaster thanks to them. When we visited the embassy earlier today in person as we kept getting fobbed off we were dealt with in the most rudest way. Shame on you.

I would like to know whether someone else has experienced the same as I am experiencing a poor service offered by them:
I sent my application through post as I live in northwest, my parcel was received by a man whose name and signature were on the signed delivery by Royal Mail.Not only they denied that the person works there,they also Said it was either my fault or Royal Mail's even though I had an evidence of the receipt of post.
I had to ring them 50 times and even then they were not sure about my passport's whereabouts.
Receptionist was extremely rude and clueless of my documents.

They should close the service,as they don't deserve to earn from tourism at all.

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANYONE WHO HAS FACED THE SAME SCENARIO COULD LET ME KNOW,AS I AM PLANNING TO GET A NEW PASSPORT.

My husband and I were there last week for my consular card, id card and passport. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. They did all in less than a hour. Moroccans and non Moroccans were served quickly and smoothly.
A big thank you Moroccan Consular Staff for helping me and making me feel home.

(english below) Je suis malaisienne mais j'habite à Paris et je voulais demander quelques choses avant de prendre une demi-journée pour y aller (pas d'information sur leur site web). Ils répondent jamais au téléphone - Paris, Lyon..enfin, j'ai du appeler le consulate de Londres pour obtenir des informations. Quel type de consulat êtes-vous en France ? Service vraiment honteux !

English: I'm Malaysian but live in Paris and I wanted to ask about visa procedures before taking a half-day off to go there and apply (as there was no information available on their website). No one ever picks up the phone - in Paris, Lyon etc., so I was finally forced to call the London office. What kind of service do you have in France? Simple disgraceful!

The second star is for the London office. The Paris office deserves "-1".

Sent my application for a tourist visa by post from Glasgow. Got my visa stamped and posted back in 5 days. Awesome service. Thanks guys!!

The worst service ever ,
They can't speak English , they never answer the phone- I been trying to call for days!!
They work from 9AM till 2PM it's not enough time for people that they are coming only for a day to London to do their paper work,
They are unhelpful and unprofessional , they're not even trying to help.
What do they do all day ?!? I would like to know!
I'm writing a formal complain to the morrocan Embassador.
I hope any one that had a bad experience should do the same.
This not how to treat people we have rights.
they're getting paid to help us ,the least they could do is answer the phone.
Probably they won't even be able to read comments as they can't speak English!

Great customer service. Staff were so helpful and was in for like 30 min and got everything sorted .. really pleased
