Probably the worst consulate service ever, staff are rude and keeps slamming the phone down.

Very rude receptionist. Such a shame, there are so many Chinese with better manner and English. Why hire them.

Stupid service even as a Chinese I find that appalling.

Always User busy and never be able to connect. Poor service, never pick up the phone. Short office hour, no urgent contact.

Only one till is open and working time is 9am to 12pm staff was rude and not helpful at all, also remember their English is not very good, so always speak basic English in there.

The people working here are late and rude and really don't give a damn about you or your application.

Well said Gill Bailey. I have also emailed, written letters about the horrific Yulin kill fest, not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement which I find very rude. I wonder if I was asking for information to visit that country whether they would be interested?! Not that I ever would of course. I will continue to write and email, I will never give up.

Have been to the embassy twice during their opening hours and they have been closed. Have phoned numerous ocassions during their opening hours and nobody answers the phone. Impossible to speak/go to see anyone.
