The best customer service I have received for a long time! Ms Agnieszka Zagozda really helped me out with my urgent enquiry in relation to renewing my passport. I had to go away for three months to East Asia and having only 4 weeks for the new passport to arrive I had no many hopes I will be done by the time I have to leave.She kept me updating about all the progress and in the end I was able to pick up my passport before the day I had to leave. Really appreciate all the help and commitment!

Apart from waiting time everything ok, very helpful staff.

Mission impossible to book an appt. But no wonder if these lazy f***s are open for 3h Mon-Fr. Thats why we all run away from Poland.

Perfectly organised place. Everything went so smoothly.Very friendly staff starting from security guys ending on person at the desk. Very close located car park. You can get Special Delivery envelope from accross the road for sending the passports back to the home address. In case if passport pictures aren't good enough you can get them at bus station which is 5 minutes walk from embassy.
One tip - follow the instructions, get the ticket with number when your passport form is filled up - they are calling people nearly immediately.
Anyway - totally differently oganised place compare to previous one which was a mayhem.

The best Polish Ambassy in whole uk!the staff very friendly and helpful !

the worst consulat i have been in so far. i went there last week and the security woulnt let me in. the phone they gave me i tried to called 2 h straight on both english and polish line but nobody would pick up. the emergency phone is always switch off as well. just in one word this consulst is: RUBBISH.

After many attempts of ringing the embassy within last 2 hrs to ask a question got a message to say all agents were busy on other calls and to continue holding as an agent will be with me shortly.
Nothing remarkable about that but after holding on each time for 20 - 25 minutes was then greeted by another message to say that my call could not be taken at this time and to ring again later.

What a disgraceful unhelpful and socially inept organisation!

Terrible service!!! Applied for passport in January but no-one got back in touch every time I try to ring to ask what's going on all lines are busy.
